Eat good quality nutritious food that supplies all the various vitamins, minerals, fats and amino acids that your body needs to do the repair work, for best results when using Natru remedies. Here is an excellent recipe:

2 cups of chopped butternut or pumpkin, microwave for about 6 minutes until soft enough to mash with a fork, once mashed add 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of bournville cocoa and mix well. Add 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 whole egg. Mix well. Add 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda and 1 teaspoon of baking powder, mix well. Add 1 cup nutty wheat flour, half a cup of wheatgerm, half a cup of black and brown sesame seeds mixed (you can substitute shredded coconut for the black sesame seeds if preferred). Mix well. Spoon into a 12 muffin tray and bake in oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the muffin comes out dry. 

Make a batch of these on Sunday so that you have a nutrient-packed food to eat whenever you feel really hungry during the week. This will prevent you from eating junk food if you are too busy to prepare food.

The butternut and pumpkin are two of the foods richest in vitamin A, which is a vitamin essential for immunity and proper cellular function and is often lacking in our diets, the fats in the butter and egg yolk facilitate the vitamin A absorption, cinnamon helps to regulate blood sugar levels, cocoa is rich in anti-oxidants, the sesame seeds and wheatgerm are good sources of vitamin E, the sesame seeds, nutty wheat and wheatgerm ensure a healthy supply of fibre, and there are many more health giving nutrients in these wonderful delicious and nutritious muffins.
